Customers can return items in stock within 30 days
If the customer changes their mind within 30 days of receiving the item, there is a cooling off period to return the item.
Please contact us by email or phone with your intention to return and we will send instructions for the specific product you are referring to. When exercising their right to return, the customer agrees that they return the goods in the new condition in which they were received.
The customer is responsible and bears the cost of return shipping and logistics arrangements. Whether you are returning an item using Royal Mail or your own courier, please do not forget to include your order number, name, address and phone number. We are not responsible for any undelivered items, so we recommend that you register your package. Please make sure to keep all boxes and packaging as we cannot accept returns without them. Returned items must be in new and unused condition with all packaging included. All returns are inspected by us before being refunded. We do not accept returns that are not fit for sale.
Oversized and palletized standard stock items can be returned as standard, but customers should be aware that logistics costs associated with returns can be significantly higher than for average weight and volume items.
We recommend that you make sure you are 100% sure that you wish to purchase a larger item before placing your order.
Returns – Damaged and Defective Merchandise
If the product arrives damaged, we will issue an exchange or refund upon return of the product. Customers must notify us of damage or manufacturing defects within 24 hours of receiving the product. If the courier is damaged, we recommend that you indicate “unchecked” when you sign for it. This means we will be able to claim damaged items from the courier company.
