Shipping

Lead times vary by product and are noted on each product page. If we receive an order and we believe that the stated delivery time will be exceeded, we will contact the customer and inform them accordingly. Customers place orders knowing that mail-order transactions are logistically risky, which means that specified delivery times may sometimes be violated. An example of such risks includes (but is not limited to) courier delivery errors and missed deliveries, in which case grupopaver shall not be liable for losses

Delivery will be to the address you specified when completing your order. After the goods have been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

For orders above £69, shipping is free on our website. For orders below £69, we have three options: Flat shipping £3.99,Express shipping £5.99 and Next-Day shipping £8.99.

Shipping is included on orders over £69 (non-discounted orders).

Most artificial plant orders will ship within 2-5 business days of shipment (except holidays). Certain exceptions may apply during the holiday season (such as Christmas) when courier companies operate on reduced frequency. Some custom products may take slightly longer, please read the delivery and manufacturing timeframe information for the product you ordered.

Custom items may take longer as we need to allow manufacturing time. Please read the product description for the custom product you are ordering for information on lead times.

All our deliveries are made by courier service. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is an address where someone can collect your order between 7.30am and 5.30pm, monday to friday. If the courier is unable to complete the delivery because no one is present, we will leave a phone card asking you to contact them directly to arrange a redelivery. If you do not contact the courier within 2 days of receiving this card, the item will be returned and your order may be subject to a reshipment and return fee.

Items delivered on pallets will be delivered curbside to the address or to the nearest door/entry point if logistically feasible and at the discretion of the delivery courier. Grupopaver and our suppliers use outside delivery couriers whose drivers are not responsible for assisting you with moving and handling items to the house, door, outbuilding or garage etc. When ordering multiple, large or bulky items, please make sure you are able to dispose of them once you receive them.

Grupopaver retains title to all items until they are delivered to the recipient (either directly, or by leaving them in a safe place or giving them to a neighbor). Once your goods have been delivered, the risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you, the customer.

Every effort is made to ensure that goods are delivered within a reasonable time. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery. In such event, we will notify you of any delay as soon as possible.
